Annual report 2017
University Properties of Finland Ltd’s year in brief
We had one of the busiest years in our entire history in 2017. Our customer base became even more diverse than before. The new tenants at our campuses included, among others, the Touhula day-care centre in Tampere and a primary school in Lappeenranta. We also had several businesses relocate to our campuses. In Tampere, the Kampusareena building reached full occupancy.
The renewal and growth of our organisation continued during the year, ensuring our capacity to effectively respond to customer needs going forward.
We achieved good results in our customer satisfaction survey, with an average score of 3.7 on a scale of 1–5. As many as 98 per cent of the respondents indicated that our role as campus developer is very important or fairly important.
